We’ve spent the last few weeks refining our “MBM Process” for a proposal. It’s been a great exercise to really look at all the steps that go into creating messaging and marketing strategies. For us, the process starts with an introspective look at our client’s culture, industry, services, customers and competition. What we’re searching for is key insight into our client’s core competencies and capabilities as well as what makes them money. That insight helps us to develop marketing strategies that we think will help our client with their first objective, which is almost always, increasing revenue. We then go from there to achieve additional objectives and business goals.
Like any good cook, we veer off this recipe as we need to make it fit for different clients based on their industry or culture. And I have to say, we’re pretty darn good cooks!
